RABMAX-40 DSR is a high-strength anti-reflux and prokinetic capsule combining Rabeprazole Sodium 40 mg, a potent proton pump inhibitor (PPI), with Domperidone 30 mg (SR), a well-tolerated prokinetic and antiemetic. This dual mechanism addresses severe GERD, chronic acidity, and gastric discomfort unresponsive to lower doses.
Rabeprazole 40 mg ensures deep acid suppression by blocking the H⁺/K⁺ ATPase enzyme in parietal cells, offering long-term ulcer and reflux protection.
